I can’t believe that we have come to the end of another school year. My how fast time flies when you are so busy and having so much fun! We have been blessed by the amazing amount of work and support of our community. The School Board has been very active and is planning on even more next year! HSA has done an amazing job orchestrating community events and spearheading the fundraising activities that are so important for our school’s success. Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough. Everyone has put in tremendous amounts of effort and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. The Holy Spirit is alive and vibrant in our community. We are truly BLESSED.

Here are just a few of the things we have done this year:

9th National Promising Practice Award from Character Education Partnership for the CommUNITY Walk-About. In the Fall several marigold plants from our Blessed Garden were uprooted and transplanted into pots for our 3 year old students to nurture. In the Spring, the Community of Caring Club created plant stakes to adorn the potted plants. Three large pots of various plants were created to give as a gift of respect and friendship to our neighboring schools, Grace Lutheran, Willow Canyon, and Waterford.

The development and scheduled opening of our Early Childhood Development Center (18-36 months) for the 2017-18 school year.

No wonder the year felt like it went by so quickly!

A quick note about lunch balances. In our partnership with Granite foodservices we have been diligent about making every effort to be accurate in billing the students that eat lunch each day. The students are billed as they get a lunch in the Kitchen. Granite Foods sends us a report of balances due. The balances left owing will be billed this week. Thank you for your understanding.

I look forward to seeing you all next year. Have a safe and Happy summer break.

Peace and blessings,
